- Tossed Mesculin Mix Salad: Field greens, shaved carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, red onions
- Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine, house made croutons, creamy caesar dressing
Entrée Course
Choose Two:
- Chicken Parmesan: Our famously tender chicken breast, marinara sauce
- Rosemary Rubbed Airline Chicken Breast: Frenched, skin on breast, pan-seared with rosemary and garlic
- Carved Roasted Turkey: Slow roasted skin-on turkey breast, may be chef attended
- Roasted Pork Tenderloin: Pan-seared and carved, hazelnut, apple and cranberry glace
- Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Roulade of pork filled with spinach, buffalo mozzarella, garlic and shallots
- North Atlantic Salmon: Pan-seared until caramelized, lemon dill sauce, served medium
- NY Strip Steak: Flame broiled with mushrooms, demi glace, served medium
- Prime Rib: Dry rubbed, slow roasted to medium rare, horseradish cream
All Accompanied by Chef’s Selection of Starch and Seasonal Vegetables

- Wedding Soup: Tradionally prepared, topped with grated parmesan cheese
- Vegetable Barley Soup: Hearty vegetables in a beef broth
- Salt Point Potato Soup: Creamy potato and bacon with leeks and cracked sea salt
- Tomato Basil Soup: Our housemade rich tomato soup
- Creamy Mushroom Soup (add $4 per person): Portabella, shitake, chanterelle mushrooms, truffle oil
- Lobster Bisque Sherry, crème fraiche, chive oil
Final counts on each entrée selections must be submitted to your banquet coordinator 7 days prior to event.
Place cards must identify entrée selection.
Substitutions and additional items may be added. Prices are subject to change. There are minimums on certain days of the week and certain times of the year. All arrangements including menu choices should be submitted at least seven days prior to scheduled event. Most events require a deposit. 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the food and beverage tabs. Cefalo's must supply all food and beverages. All decorations must be approved and arrangements for a time to decorate must be made seven days prior to the event. Glitter or Confetti is not permitted. All alcohol must be purchased from Cefalo's.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual that appears to be intoxicated.
Proof of age will be requested from those deemed to be of questionable age.
