I agree with the County on this one. Cefalo's is a very very tidy place. And I'm as obsessed about cleanliness as anyone.
I seriously mean it when I say – it was the best lobster bisque I've ever eaten! The stock in this soup was so rich in flavor and with the sweet claw meat of the lobster, it was perfectly balanced. It's a must have at Cefalo's. You really, really, must have this bisque, you'll thank me. Service is impeccable, atmosphere is amazing, food is inspiring and I'm in love with Leonard Cefalo for his heart, his new family business and providing inspiration to Carnegie.
